Dear shoppers, please read our T&Cs before proceeding to make your purchases. Do note that by purchasing with MolliePollie, you hereby agree to our T&Cs.

Purchase

- Invoices will be sent on a first-come-first serve basis
- If you don't receive an invoice from us within 24-hrs, check your spam mailbox. Or not, item is likely to be sold out.
- Please only make payment when you've received an invoice from us.

Payment

- All payments are to be made within 24-hrs. If not, item will be given to the next confirmed buyer.
-Payments will be confirmed within 24-hours,
- We accept only DBS/POSB bank transfers.
- All iBanking customers must provide us with their iBank nick for verification
- For atm transfers, take a snapshot of your receipt and send it along with your payment email. Without the snapshot, your order will be void and no refunds will be made.
- We will not hesistate to hand fradulent cases over to the police.


Exchange and Refunds

- No exchanges and refunds unless defects upon receive through registered mailing.
- Do note you have to send us an email notifying the defect within the next 3 days.
- Exchange or refund will only take after you've mail us and we've received the defect item.


Postage

- All items will be mailed out within 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
- MolliePollie will not be responsible for any lost normal mails and damaged parcels.
- We highly encourage registered postage.
- You will receive a shipment notification once your item has been mailed out.
